eCrew / AIMS export
The Pilot LogBook report from your airline's crew system, saved as CSV or Excel. Columns are recognised automatically. How to get it
Another logbook or spreadsheet
CSV or Excel exported from another app or your own sheet. Match the columns once and we remember them.
Paper or PDF logbook
Enter your brought-forward totals for now. Scanning old pages is on the roadmap.
or click to choose a file · .csv, .txt, .xlsx
How to get your file from eCrew
- Log in to your airline's eCrew portal.
- In the left menu open Reports → Pilot LogBook report.
- Set the Period (for example 01/09/2026 – 30/09/2026, or a whole year) and press Go.
- When the report appears, click the Export button in the report toolbar (the save icon with a small ▾ arrow, next to the print icons).
- Choose CSV. If CSV isn't listed, choose Excel (XLSX); both work.
- Save the file, then drop it in the box above.
Tips: export month by month or a full year at a time. Flights you've already imported are skipped automatically, so overlapping periods are fine. The heading, crew line and "Totals" row in the file are ignored. Only actual flights are imported. Simulator sessions from the "Synth. devices" columns aren't imported yet.
